18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement - GAY |

You ("CLIENT") are being provided model's ID and personal information with respect
to photo and video works of models hired by G Content, Inc., ('G Content').
The CLIENT acknowledges that G Content is providing such IDs and information
pursuant to new regulations (28 CFR Part 75) concerning the record-keeping
requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257. The IDs and information is not to
be used for any other purpose.
The CLIENT agrees to keep such information confidential and not to
disseminate the IDs or any information contained therein without the prior written consent of G Content.
The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold G Content harmless as a result of any
claims, costs or damages resulting from the dissemination of any such IDs
or of any information contained therein without the prior written consent of
G Content.
The Client agrees to destroy all IDs and information if deemed unnecessary concerning the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257. |
